5. Organisational/Business customer chat services (SMS originated). Track customer interactions into a message thread from a business branded message that creates trusted communication. SMS is still the most ubiquitous message channel particularly for communicating across communities. This service links SMS messaging into business message threads to keep track of ongoing communications, particularly helpful for customer or patient messages (or other environments like school or club communities).
